As you provide your dogs meals there are no extra costs or hidden charges. The dogs are looked after in a family home, this means you can drop off and pick up your dog at a convenient time for you. Your dog will be walked and cared for just like at home at no extra charge.

Day Rate: All rates are charged on a calendar day basis irrespective of arrival time. However, if you pick your dog up before 10am on the day of departure you will not be charged for that day but if you pick up after 10am this will be charged at the full day rate. You need to let us know at the time of booking if you are picking up before 10am otherwise you will be charged for this day.
New Customer Booking Fee: A considerable amount of time is spent organising just the right minder for your dog, the $50 booking fee covers some of this cost and will be deducted from the total cost of your booking. It will be refunded if we cannot organise an appropriate minder for your dog but is NOT refundable if you cancel for any reason. The booking fee only applies to your first booking with TopDog Minders.
Doggy Day-Care Prices
On-going or regular day-care is where you book regular days per month and pay for one month in advance. Occasional or casual day-care is for customers that only need to have a once off or occasional day, not on-going regular days. Please note there is no seniors discount available to doggy day-care. There is no peak period surcharge for on-going regular day-care but a surcharge will be applied to casual day-care.

Payment Terms and Conditions
* A booking fee of $50 is required for all new customers which will be non-refundable if you cancel for any reason. However, the $50 will be deducted from the total booking cost when you proceed with the booking. If we cannot find a suitable minder we will refund the $50 Booking Fee.
* A 50% deposit is required as soon as you have met and are happy with the Minder. Your booking is only confirmed once we receive your deposit. Deposits should be received within 7 days after meeting with the Minder or your Minder may be reallocated.
* Deposits are completely refundable as long as you cancel the booking at least 7 days prior to the start date. Please note for new customers, the $50 booking fee will not be refunded.
* Full payment must be received 7 days prior to leaving your dog with the Minder and is not refundable should you cancel within 7 days of the booking commencing.
* No refund will be given for early pick ups once booking has commenced.
* Bookings made within 7 days of departure require full payment before the Minders details are given.
This payment is not refundable if the booking is cancelled.
* Discounts are not cumulative, only one discount per booking.
* Prices are subject to change without notice, however any bookings that have been accepted prior to the increase in price and where a deposit has been paid, will be honoured at the original quoted price.
* ALL PAYMENTS are to be made to TopDog NOT the Minder.
