Dog Holiday Prices:

As you provide your dogs meals there are no extra costs or hidden charges. The dogs are looked after in a family home, this means you can drop off and pick up your dog at a convenient time for you. Your dog will be walked and cared for just like at home at no extra charge.

Day Rate: All rates are charged on a calendar day basis irrespective of arrival time. However, if you pick your dog up before 10am on the day of departure you will not be charged for that day but if you pick up after 10am this will be charged at the full day rate. You need to let us know at the time of booking if you are picking up before 10am otherwise you will be charged for this day.

One Day Only: There is a $50 minimum charge for 1 day only bookings. (price includes pickup prior to 10am the next morning.)

Initial Deposit: When you pay the initial deposit you are giving us the go ahead to hand pick and organise just the right minder for your dogs specific requirements. It will be fully refunded if we cannot organise a suitable minder for your dog.

Payment/Cancellation Terms and Conditions

* Initial Deposit of $50 is required for all bookings but will be fully refunded if we cannot organise a suitable minder. It will not be refunded should you cancel the booking.

* A 50% deposit is required as soon as you have met and are happy with the Minder or within 14 working days, whichever is sooner. Your booking is only confirmed once we receive your 50% deposit.

* The 50% deposit is completely refundable as long as you cancel the booking at least 14 working days prior to the booking start date. The initial $50 deposit will NOT be refunded.

* Full payment must be received 14 working days prior to leaving your dog with the Minder and is not refundable should you cancel within 14 working days of the booking commencing.

* No refund will be given for early pick ups once booking has commenced.

* Bookings made within 14 working days of departure require the initial $50 deposit and full payment is required within 24 hours of receiving the Minders details. These payments are not refundable if the booking is cancelled.

* Discounts are not cumulative, only one discount per booking.

* Prices are subject to change without notice, however any bookings that have been accepted prior to the increase in price and where a deposit has been paid, will be honoured at the original quoted price.

* ALL PAYMENTS are to be made to TopDog NOT the Minder.
